Who we are

Basamat Medical Supplies L.L.C.SP ("Basamat", "we") is a medical and aesthetic equipment supplier based at Maleha Street, Al Bedea Suburb, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We sell to licensed clinics and healthcare professionals.

This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website basamatmed.ae, our Facebook Page (Basamat Med), our Instagram account (@basamatmed.ae), and the lead forms in our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you give us when you request a quote or contact us:

• Respond to your quote request and contact you about the products you asked about
• Arrange demonstrations, training and delivery
• Confirm that we are dealing with a licensed clinic or healthcare professional
• Keep records required for our business and to meet legal obligations

We process your information because you asked us to contact you, and to run our business. We do not sell your personal information. We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

Sharing, retention and security

Sharing. We share your information only with:

• The manufacturers or authorised partners of the products you asked about, when needed to answer your request
• Service providers who help us run our business (for example email, form handling, CRM and website hosting), under confidentiality obligations
• Authorities, when the law requires it

Some providers, including Meta, may store information outside the UAE.

Retention. We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or you become a customer.

Security. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from loss and unauthorised access.
